Goaltenders: Chris Driedger, Matt O’Connor
Defencemen: Chris Carlisle, Thomas Chabot, Marcus Crawford, Ben Harpur, Chris Rumble, Troy Rutkowski, Mikael Wikstrand.
Forwards: Filip Chlapik, Vincent Dunn, Ryan Dzingel, Travis Ewanyk, Gabriel Gagne, Alex Guptill, Tobias Lindberg, Max McCormick, Nick Paul, Ryan Penny, Francis Perron, Matt Puempel, Buddy Robinson, Alex Wideman, Matthew Zay.
The players I will be keeping an eye on; Buddy Robinson, Ben Harpur, Filip Chlapik, Francis Perron, Matt Puempel and Thomas Chabot.
Thomas Chabot has been piling up the assists in the QMJHL playoffs this season, if he can pick up where he leaves off this year during the rookie tournament (*and preseason) next year, chance are high that we could see Chabot in the starting lineup with the Senators next year.
Ben Harpur and Buddy Robinson both saw action with the Senators down the stretch, Harpur logging around 13 minutes over five games, and Robinson receiving 4th line minutes. It was just a small sample size, but should light a fire under them to give it there all.
Francis Perron was tied for the lead with all the Senator Rookies last season during the rookie tournament. Perron also put up 108 points in 62 games with the HuskiesRouyn-Noranda, Huskies (second best points record in the QMJHL this season.)
